Join us to honor fellow BSA Volunteers of the Valle Del Sol District

Come celebrate members of your units or scouting community that you nominated to receive the Extra Miller Award, Lord Baden Powell Award, District Award of Merit, and the Outstanding Scout Award. As well as kicking of 2019’s Friends of Scouting Campaign.

Saturday, January 26th, 2019       Time: 5:00pm – 9pm

Check In: 5:00pm-6:00pm

Doors Open for Awards Ceremony: 6:00-9:00pm

Early Bird Registration: Sept. 1st – Dec. 14th  $30 per person and $330 for a Group Table of 10

Registrations before December 14th include special District Dinner Patch!!!

Regular Registration: Dec. 15th - Jan 11th  cost is $40 per person

Registrations after December 14th does not include special patch or Group Table Accommodations


Late Registration: Jan. 12th – Jan 18th cost is $50 per person

$40.00 per One Dinner Ticket
$330.00 per Table of 10 Guests
Early Discount
Before 12/15/2018 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all One Dinner Ticket Registrants.
Late fee
After 1/24/2019 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all One Dinner Ticket Registrants.
After 1/21/2019 a fee of $100.00 will apply to all Table of 10 Guests Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted to Charles Pickering at charles.pickering@scouting.org by 5pm, Friday December 14th to receive a full refund and 5pm, Friday January 11th in order to receive a 75% refund. After Jan 11th all registrations are final.
